INVITE
Table Hosts are absolutely essential to a successful event. It has been proven that the majority of guests attend fundraising events because they have been personally invited to come by a friend, family member or colleague.
There is no charge to attend this event. However, the reason why this fundraising model is so effective is because as a Table Host, and current supporter of the Mater Dei mission, you can identify specific guests to invite whose values and motivations for charitable giving reflect your own. We hope to fill the room with generous givers who may support our mission in a substantial way. Each table seats eight.
CONFIRM
Fill out the contact information for each of your guests using this form and submit it before Friday, April 19th. If you have seats at your table you are unable to fill, please let us know so we can help you fill them.
REMIND
We will send an email reminder to all guests one week before the event, using the information you submit to us. As a Table Host, it is vital for you to also give a personal reminder to each of your guests via phone call, text or in-person.
HOST
Arrive to the event at 5:15 so you can be there early to greet and welcome your guests. Be a proper host to your guests throughout the evening to ensure a friendly and relaxing atmosphere so they (and you!) can enjoy the evening and be inspired to support the mission of Mater Dei.
